Tara Johnson-Medinger is a Director/Producer who recently completed her feature directorial debut, MY SUMMER AS A GOTH.  Tara is also the Executive Director of The Portland Oregon Women’s Film Festival (POW Film Fest) and the POWGirls Media Education Program. In 2013 she was awarded the Service & Inspiration Award by the Oregon Media Production Association. Before moving to Portland, she was a manager of affiliate promotion at the FOX Broadcasting Company in Los Angeles.

Mary Lou Belli - Emmy Award-winning Director

MARY LOU BELLI is an Emmy Award-winning director, writer, producer. Among her recent directorial credits are multiple episodes of “Hart of Dixie,” on the CW, “Second Generation Wayans,” “Reed Between the Lines,” and “The Game,” for BET. She has also directed seven consecutive seasons of “Girlfriends” on the CW. A groundbreaking web series director, Mary Lou did the pilots and multiple episodes of “3Way,” winner of two Logo awards and The AfterEllen.com 2008 Best Web Series award, “Jenifer Lewis and Shangela,” one of IndieGogo’s top 10 web series of 2012, and “Work in Progress,” “Mother Fakers,”  and “Flavors” now in post production.

Mary Lou has directed an additional 150+ television episodes, among which are “Monk,” “Wizards of Waverly Place,” “Sister, Sister,” “Living with Fran,” starring Fran Drescher, “Misconceptions,” starring Jane Leeves, and “Eve,” starring hip-hop artist Eve, as well as  The “Hughleys,” “Major Dad,” and “Charles in Charge,” Episodes she directed of “The Game,” “Girlfriends,” and “One on One” have all been nominated or won multiple Prism Awards.

She has co-authored three books: “The NEW Sitcom Career Book,” now in its second edition, “Acting for Young Actors,” and “Directors Tell the Story” which recently added China to its list of international markets.

His latest theatrical project, "Keys to the City", staring Isaiah Washington, is slated to release in theaters later this year.

Randy Tat served as a Development Executive/Producer at Renegade 83 Entertainment in Los Angeles, creating such acclaimed shows as Naked and Afraid, Ready for Love (NBC), Fit to Fat to Fit, and more. Randy was Executive Vice President for the Robert Evans Company/CFP Entertainment at Paramount Pictures for over 12 years where he helped develop The Saint, The Out of Towners, The Phantom and How to Lose a Guy In 10 Days. Randy also served as an executive to the Senior Vice President of Production in the motion picture group at Paramount studios, developing and coordinating on such hit films as Braveheart, Mission Impossible 1 and 2, Forrest Gump, and more. His industry influence and creative vision can be seen on such groundbreaking shows as Beverly Hills 90210, Melrose Place, The Simpsons, Married with Children, America’s Most Wanted, and more.

Marilyn Atlas- Talent & Literary Manager/award-winning producer

Marilyn R. Atlas is a talent and literary manager and award-winning producer. Marilyn is currently developing a TV pilot based on the Gary Phillips series of novels “High Hand” and “Shooter’s Point.” She is also developing a Chinese historical epic with the Metan Development Group and “Codebusters,” a children’s show for TV based on a series of best-selling books. In live theater, Marilyn co-produced the West Coast premiere of the musical “God Bless You Mr. Rosewater” by Ashman and Menken. She also co-produced the award-winning play “To Gillian on Her 37th Birthday.” In 2014, she co-produced the play “Detained in the Desert” at the Guadalupe Theater in San Antonio, TX. Her additional credits as a producer in live theater include “Today’s Special” and “As I Sing.” In addition to Marilyn’s film/TV credits, she has sold novels “Chasing the Jaguar” to HarperCollins, “Hungry Woman in Paris” to Grand Central Publishing, and the “Ave Maria Bed & Breakfast” to Hachette Publishing, and the “Last Ride of Caleb O’Toole” to Source Books. Her 2014 Lifetime movie “The Choking Game” based on the YA book by Diana Lopez. She also is the co-author of a relationship-based, screenwriting guide called “Dating Your Character,” about an organic approach to character creation for Stairway Press’s 2016 catalog. Marilyn has long been committed to issues surrounding diversity in Hollywood. As a member of the National Association of Latino Independent Producers, she spoke at many of their writers’ and producers’ retreats. Atlas is a mentor in Diverse Women in Media Initiative. She also has lectured at the DGA-sponsored LA Asian Film Festival, as well as various other symposia for the Sherman Oaks Experimental College. She is a founding member of Women in Film’s Luminas Committee, which supports the portrayal of women in non-stereotypical roles in film and television. Marilyn has also taught several actor workshops. Additionally, she was a guest lecturer in the Writing Program at USC, where she previously taught a class every year on creating three-dimensional, non-stereotypical characters.

Klaus Eder - International Film Critic

Klause Eder Born 1939 in the German city of Augsburg. Studies of German literature at Stuttgart university. Works as film critic from the middle of the 60s, actually for the national radio ("Bayerischer Rundfunk") and for German language film magazines. Books among others on Andrzej Wajda, Luis Bunuel, Nikita Mikhalkov and Andrei Konchalovski, Arturo Ripstein, Im Kwon-taek, Nagisa Oshima; two books together with Alexander Kluge. 1986 – 2007 programmer of the Munich International Film Festival. Adviser for a variety of festivals. General Secretary of the International Federation of Film Critics (FIPRESCI) from 1987. Lives and works in Munich, Germany.

Skylar Gorrell has worked in special effects on over 50 films and TV shows since his career in the movie industry started in 2007. A few of the films on his resume are Godzilla: King of the Monsters (pyrotechnician); Instant Family; Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom; Game Night, and Logan.
